Job description
ARAMARK is seeking a Customer Dining Manager to lead daily front-of-house food service operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee service quality, guest satisfaction, staff scheduling, and team performance while ensuring strict food safety and brand standards. Partner with culinary teams to deliver appealing menus, manage inventory and costs, and resolve customer concerns promptly. You’ll model Aramark’s values of service, safety, and inclusivity, coaching and developing team members and driving continuous improvement in the dining experience.
