DIP Night MonitorCommQuest seeks a DIP Night Monitor to be a member of the Driver Intervention Program located in Massillon. The DIP Night Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for the DIP experience. Night Monitor personnel will ensure adherence to DIP rules and manage crises as needed. This is a part-time position and will work 3-day and 6-day programs two to three times per month. Programs run Thursday through Sunday and Thursday through Wednesday.In this role, you will:Share CommQuest's missionBuild valuable relationshipsExtend our reachMake a real difference addressing the opioid crisisWhat you gain:Relationships within the organization and in the regionVisibility into how our community supports those in needOpportunities to represent our organization and grow professionallyPeace of mind knowing you are benefiting the clients we serve and the community at largeWhat you'll do:Conduct searches of all participants belongings upon entry to the programAssist in securing medicationsEnsure adherences to all DIP rulesManages participants as neededComplete occurrence reports / incident reports and/or progress notes documenting and all remarkable circumstances; i.e., illness, facility problem, serious rule infraction, and participant terminationConducts frequent headcounts per shift to ensure all participants are present, to include meal time, before the start of any session, after any occurrence, at lights out, after breaks, at wake up, during sleep hours, etcAll other duties as assignedSchedule:This is a part-time night shift position, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AMMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.Must work overnight / third shift.Must have the ability to be assertive in enforcing rules and policies while keeping a calm and professional approach.Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.Must exhibit effective communication skills with a wide variety of clientele.Full-Time Benefits:Generous time off, including Mental Health days10 paid holidays annuallyRetirement plan with company matchMedical, Dental, and Vision plansCEU/Licensure reimbursementand more!
