Not every BCBA wants the same career path.
Some clinicians prefer starting part-time or hourly while building a caseload. Others are looking for the stability of a full-time salaried position.
At EzCare ABA, we offer both.
Many clinicians start in an hourly role and transition into a full-time salaried BCBA position as their caseload grows to approximately 25 billable hours per week. It's a flexible approach that supports both immediate earning potential and long-term career growth.
What You'll Be Doing
Deliver direct ABA services in homes, schools, community settings, and other natural environments
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies
Work closely with families and caregivers to support meaningful progress
Monitor client outcomes and make data-driven clinical decisions
Collaborate with schools, providers, and support teamsHelp children develop communication, social, behavioral, and adaptive life skills
Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
What We're Looking For
Active BCBA Certification
Master's Degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Virginia Licensure (or ability to obtain)
Passion for direct clinical work
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Reliable transportation for community-based services
