Direct Care ProfessionalWe are actively hiring Direct Care Professionals for multiple residential shifts supporting youth in our care.Current Openings:1st Shift: Monday–Friday 7am–3pm2nd Shift A: Sunday 10am–10pm, Monday–Wednesday 2pm–10pm2nd Shift B: Wednesday–Friday 2pm–10pm, Saturday 10am–10pmOverview: Boys & Girls Haven is seeking dependable, compassionate staff to work directly with youth in a therapeutic residential setting. This role focuses on building relationships, maintaining structure, and supporting youth through daily routines and behavioral growth.What You'll Do:Supervise and engage youth in daily activities and routinesSupport behavioral and emotional regulation using therapeutic approachesMaintain a safe, structured environmentAssist with meals, hygiene, school routines, and activitiesTransport youth to appointments and community activitiesAdminister medications (as trained)Document daily interactions and incidentsPay & Benefits:$18.00 – $20.82/hourRetention bonuses up to $1,000Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTORequirements:21+ years oldValid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to pass background check and drug screenWhy This Role Matters: You will play a direct role in helping youth build stability, develop life skills, and move toward independence.
