Direct Support ProviderTCH has been serving the needs of individuals with disabilities and their families in Arizona since 1967. Our mission is to create opportunities for our supported individuals. We encourage inclusion through our programs and ensure that our supported individuals live as independently as possible and engage in all aspects of their community.What Does It Mean To Be A Direct Support Provider?We're looking for nurturing, compassionate, responsible people to be caregivers to our supported individuals, either in our Day Program and in our residential Group Homes. You must be at least 18 (21 for driving positions), pass background checks & pre-employment drug screen, and have your high school diploma or its equivalent.
