Direct Care WorkerJoin University Home Care Inc as a Direct Care Worker, providing compassionate and dedicated support to individuals in Brighton, MI. In this role, you will assist clients with daily living activities, helping them achieve independence and improve their quality of life.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.Provide support with medication reminders and basic health monitoring.Help clients with mobility and transferring safely.Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary.Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment.Document and report any changes in client condition or needs.Build positive relationships to promote trust and emotional support.RequirementsPrevious experience in direct care or related field is an asset but not required.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.Reliable, compassionate, and patient disposition.Must be able to pass background checks.BenefitsCompetitive pay ranging from $14.00 to $19.00 per hour, paid twice a month.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and respect.Flexible scheduling options.About the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is dedicated to providing high-quality, personalized care to individuals in the Brighton, MI community.
