Direct Care Worker/CaregiverPenn Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and professional Direct Care Worker/Caregiver to provide one-on-one, in-home support to an adult participant in Chester Township, PA.This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position offering a consistent schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by helping an individual remain safe and independent at home. Please apply only if you are able to reliably commute to Chester Township, PA 19013.ResponsibilitiesAssist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygieneProvide toileting and incontinence care as neededAssist with ambulation, transfers, and mobilityPrepare light meals and snacksPerform light housekeeping related to the participant's careLaundry and linen changesProvide medication remindersAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)Promote participant safety, independence, and dignityComplete Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentationReport changes in condition, safety concerns, or incidents promptly to the agencyQualificationsExperience providing personal care preferredDirect Care Worker, Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience strongly preferredCompassionate, dependable, and professionalAbility to work independently while following an individualized care planReliable transportation and dependable attendanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust meet all Pennsylvania home care employment requirementsWhy Join Penn Home Health Care?Full-time, 40-hour work weekMonday through Friday scheduleOne-on-one participant careStable, consistent hoursSupportive management teamOngoing training and supervisionOpportunities for career growth and additional assignmentsRewarding work helping individuals remain independent in their homesIf you are a compassionate caregiver looking for a stable full-time opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
