Direct Care WorkerPenn Home Health Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical in-home care to adults who need assistance with daily living activities. We have multiple openings throughout our service area with flexible schedules based on client needs and caregiver availability.Location: Philadelphia, Delaware, Chester, Montgomery, Bucks, and Berks CountiesSchedules Available:Full-timePart-timePer DiemWeekdaysEveningsWeekendsResponsibilities:Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygieneAssist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as neededPrepare meals and assist with feeding when appropriatePerform light housekeeping and laundryProvide medication reminders (no medication administration unless authorized)Accompany clients to appointments or errands when authorizedMonitor and report changes in the client's conditionMaintain accurate documentationTreat clients with dignity, respect, and compassionQualifications:High school diploma or GED preferredExperience as a Direct Care Worker, Caregiver, Home Health Aide, CNA, or related field preferredReliable transportationAbility to work independentlyExcellent communication skillsMust meet all employment requirementsBenefits:Flexible schedulesFull-time, part-time, and per diem opportunitiesCompetitive payOngoing training and supportOpportunities for advancement
