What You’ll Do
As a Direct Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting residents’ daily lives while promoting independence, dignity, and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide hands‑on support with daily living activities
Assist with developmental training and active treatment programs
Monitor resident health, safety, and overall well‑being
Build positive, respectful relationships with residents
Support nursing staff with non‑clinical care needs
Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions
Previous experience in a customer service or caregiving role preferred
Compassionate, patient, and team‑oriented mindset
