NOW HIRING: DIRECT CARE WORKERS!
Are you a compassionate, dependable person who enjoys helping others? MedStaffers is looking for dedicated Direct Care Workers to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals in their homes and communities.
We have direct care worker positions available in the New Kensington and Tarentum areas (across Westmoreland County) offering flexible part-time opportunities that can fit your schedule and goals.
Support clients in the comfort of their homes
⏰ Work a few hours per day

What You’ll Do
Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with personal care: bathing
Providing light housekeeping: vacuuming, dishes, laundry, dusting
Running errands: grocery shopping
Providing companionship and emotional support
✔️ Qualifications
1 year of home care experience preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
Reliable transportation
Willingness to complete a criminal background check
Ability to complete (or provide) a two-step TB test
