Direct Care WorkerUniversity Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Care Workers to provide high-quality support to our clients in St. Clair Shores, MI. As a Direct Care Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of individuals by assisting with personal care and promoting independence in a respectful and caring environment.ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.Provide companionship and support to enhance clients’ social and emotional well-being.Monitor clients’ health and communicate any changes or concerns to supervisors.Maintain a safe and clean living environment for clients.Document care and maintain accurate records as required.Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure quality and compliance.RequirementsPrior experience in a caregiving or support role is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide compassionate and respectful care to clients.Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.Must be able to pass background checks.BenefitsCompetitive hourly pay of $14.00 - $19.00, paid twice a month.Opportunities for training and professional development.Supportive work environment focused on teamwork and respect.Flexible scheduling options.About the CompanyUniversity Home Care Inc is committed to delivering personalized and compassionate home care services.
