Job description
Home Health AideWe are seeking compassionate and skilled Home Health Aides to join our team and provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. The Direct Care Worker (HHA) will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, and providing companionship and support. The successful candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Primary Responsibilities:Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparationProvide companionship and support to patients, including engaging in activities and conversationMonitor patients' health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionalsMaintain a clean and safe environment for patients, including adhering to safety protocolsFollow care plans and protocols as directed by healthcare professionalsOther duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Must have at least 2 full years of Direct Care experience.Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferredReliable transportation required
