Faithful Home Care SolutionsFaithful Home Care Solutions is seeking experienced, reliable, and compassionate caregivers available to provide care in the King of Prussia (KOP) area.This opportunity is ideal for caregivers who prefer weekend shifts, while providing consistent, high-quality care to clients in their homes.Position OverviewThe Direct Care Worker provides non-medical personal care and supportive services to clients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and hygiene maintenanceSupport activities of daily living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, feeding assistance, ambulation, positioning, and transfersUtilize proper safety techniques and equipment (including Hoyer lift use as needed)Provide companionship and emotional supportSupport client independence according to the care planMaintain a safe and clean environmentFollow standard precautions and infection control proceduresMaintain strict client confidentialityCommunicate effectively with family members and the care teamAdhere to agency policies, professional standards, and state regulationsQualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or GED preferredAbility to read, write, and communicate effectivelyExperience:Minimum of 2 years related caregiving experience preferredExperience with Hoyer lift transfers requiredExperience providing incontinence care, including changing adult diapers, requiredExperience caring for bed-bound clients requiredLicensure & Requirements:Valid driver's licenseReliable, insured transportationSatisfactory background checkProfessional referencesBenefitsCompetitive payPaid overtimeMedical and Dental Insurance for full-time employeesOngoing trainingSupportive office teamEmployee & client referral bonusesAbout Faithful Home Care SolutionsFaithful Home Care Solutions is a licensed, Medicaid-certified, non-medical home care agency based in Glenside, Pennsylvania.
