Direct Care WorkerEminence Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team for weekend-only shifts: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. In this essential role, you will provide personalized care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their dignity, comfort, and well-being.Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, offering companionship, and helping clients maintain their independence. If you are passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and are available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, we would love to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.Help with meal preparation and ensure that clients receive proper nutrition.Provide medication reminders and documentation of medication administration.Engage clients in social activities and offer emotional support.Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.Work closely with families to provide the best care possible.
