Direct Hire Positions with American Electric Power (AEP) for Customer Operations AssociatesShreveport, Louisiana On-Site $18.00/hr. DescriptionAmerican Electric Power (AEP) is one of the largest electric utilities in the U.S. We are growing and we want YOU to grow with us! We are partnered with InnoSource to offer direct-hire, in-office positions—you will become an AEP employee on Day One!We offer a comprehensive training program, and our next class begins October 5th, 2026. The training will take place in-office at our Shreveport location and employees will work in-office for at least six months after training.
