Direct Hire | Part-Time | Benefit Eligible
Schedule:
24 hours/week
Day shift | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Bonuses: Eligible for up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus
Eligible for up to a $5,000 relocation bonus
Position Summary
The Staff Clinician I utilizes therapeutic skills to assess psychosocial functioning and provide targeted intervention strategies to support patient wellness. This includes delivering individual, group, marital, and/or family therapy. The clinician also actively participates in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contributes to educational seminars and in-service training as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related counseling field
Licensure/Certification: Temporary, Associate, or Full Licensure/Certification required at time of hire
CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certification required within 60 days of employment
CPR/BLS certification required within 30 days of employment
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the healthcare or social service field
Psychiatric hospital experience preferred
Other Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently; up to 100 pounds with assistance
Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
