Machinist IIPosition: Machinist IILocation: Mars, PA 16046Salary: $22/hr - $25/hr + BenefitsFull-Time Role/Direct-HireJob Description:We’re seeking a detail-driven Machinist to perform complex machining, fabrication, and tooling work across a variety of materials. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, problem-solving, and hands-on manufacturing.Responsibilities:Set up and operate manual, CNC, and computerized equipment (lathes, mills, grinders, punch presses, brakes)Machine ferrous & non-ferrous metals, alloys, and non-metallic materialsFabricate precision parts with tight tolerances, compound angles, and complex layoutsRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specificationsSelect appropriate cutting tools, speeds, and feedsUse precision measuring instruments to ensure qualityPerform jig, fixture, tool, and die workSupport rework, calibration, and process improvement initiativesFollow all safety and quality standardsQualification:High school diploma or equivalent2–4 years of machining or related experienceStrong blueprint reading and measurement skillsExcellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilityAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment
