Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year

Due to the high demand for our products, we are now conducting interviews to find a proven Direct In-Home Sales Manager who has what it takes to bring our Baltimore Area Sales Division to the next level.
REQUIRED: CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DIRECT IN-HOME SALES/SALES MANAGEMENT.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, train and retain direct sales team members
Manage, mentor and motivate current and new sales team members
Foster effective team communication through individual and team meetings
Perform ride-along with sales representatives to provide coaching and feedback on sales performance
Train sales team in systems and processes regarding sales contracts and customer service
Communicate and collaborate with regional manager
Educate and guide the sales team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Earning potential of $300,000 in the first year
A consistent supply of pre-scheduled appointments with interested homeowners set by our professional, in-house marketing department
