Job description
Citi is seeking a Program Management Sr Analyst to oversee end-to-end direct mail production for credit card campaigns. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across Marketing, CrM, MIM and Finance, requiring strong analytics and cross-functional leadership.
You will drive production planning, optimize processes, lead change initiatives, manage budgets and ensure compliance with Citi standards, while coaching junior staff and collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders.
