Job description
William & Mary is seeking an Assistant Director, Direct Marketing to lead data-driven fundraising strategies within the Annual Giving team of University Advancement. The role drives multi-channel campaigns, analyzes results, and partners with over 15 schools to maximize donor engagement.
The position is hybrid in Williamsburg, VA and reports to the Director of Direct Marketing. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, strong analytics, and experience with CRM systems and MS Office tools.
