Job description
Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse (DPC RN) to provide patient‑family centered care across our Florida facilities. The role requires a nursing license and mastery of core competencies including assessment, communication, critical thinking, and leadership.
Minimum experience is less than 1 year. Required certifications include BLS and other state‑offered programs; an RN license is essential and preceptorship must be completed within 12 months of competency
