Job description

Frontier Direct Care is seeking Family Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to serve as the primary clinician in our direct primary care model. You will manage chronic disease, perform in-office procedures, and build long-term relationships with patients in a lower-volume, higher-touch practice.

This full-time role offers collaboration with a supervising physician, flexible PTO, competitive benefits, and a focus on preventive care with ample time per patient to ensure quality care.
