nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join our growing team. This role includes direct primary care, urgent care, and walk-in clinic duties, as well as involvement in our wellness services (hormone optimization, wellness treatments, IV therapy), delivered both in-office and via telehealth. Familiarity with direct primary care is important — candidates without DPC experience but willing to learn are welcome to apply. Weekend availability is required as part of the regular schedule.
nResponsibilities
nProvide comprehensive primary care, urgent care, and walk-in clinic services to a direct-pay patient panel
nManage hormone optimization and wellness treatment patients per established clinical protocols
nConduct patient assessments, order and interpret labs, and develop treatment plans
nEvaluate and treat acute/urgent conditions for walk-in patients
nAdminister or oversee IV therapy and related wellness services
nDeliver care via telehealth in addition to in-office visits
nMaintain accurate EHR documentation, including use of standardized dot phrases/templates
nFollow practice protocols aligned with AUA and Endocrine Society guidelines (for hormone care)
nEnsure compliance with Missouri nonpharmacy dispensing rules, PDMP requirements, and collaborative practice agreement terms
nParticipate in patient triage and provider assessment processes per practice policy
nProvide coverage during scheduled weekend hours
nQualifications
nCurrent Missouri FNP-C licensure (or eligibility for licensure/collaborative practice agreement)
nActive DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
nDOT certification preferred; willing to obtain if not already certified
nFamiliarity with direct primary care preferred; willingness to learn our model required
nExperience in primary care; experience with hormone therapy or wellness medicine a plus
nStrong clinical judgment and comfort working in a direct-pay/membership-based care model
nExcellent communication and patient rapport skills
nAbility to work independently under a collaborative practice agreement
nSchedule
nFull time or part time
nWeekend shifts required (specific days/hours to be discussed during interview)
nRemote Telehealth-Only Option
nWe will also consider candidates who prefer to work fully remote, seeing patients exclusively via telehealth on a per-visit pay basis. This option offers flexibility for providers who do not wish to work in-office but still want to provide direct primary care and wellness services to our patients.
