Job description
The Arc of Palm Beach County in Riviera Beach, FL is seeking Direct Service Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities across residential, day programs, recreation, and respite services.
As a DSP you will help with daily living, skill development, community engagement, and safety, with schedules including daytime and evenings. Requires HS diploma, Florida driver’s license, and compassionate, team-oriented mindset.
