Job DescriptionThe Direct Service Professional works as part of the REACH Crisis Therapeutic Home (CTH) team to ensure individuals in need of crisis stabilization and/or prevention services are provided individualized personal and behavioral supports needed to promote stabilization, community inclusion and maximum independence. Primarily focuses on food preparation, housekeeping, and assisting individuals participating in services at the REACH CTH with activities of daily living.
