Job description
Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) Lead to support individuals with disabilities and help develop and monitor individual care plans. You will monitor client files, ensure completeness and accuracy of records, and contribute to a safe, compliant service environment.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, valid driver's license, and ability to navigate documentation systems.
