Alternative Family Living ProviderEntry level job applicants are welcome!We are hiring compassionate, hard working, friendly and reliable AFL providers who will work with individuals with intellectual and/ or developmental disabilities (I/DD). If you don't have previous I/DD experience, we'll provide training!Primary Purpose of Provider: This position provides support and care for the consumer living in the AFL provider's home. The AFL Provider implements activities as outlined in the Individual Service Plan prepared.
