Direct Support Professional And Associate Program ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Direct Support Professional and Associate Program Manager. This role offers a unique blend of fieldwork (in homes) and administrative responsibilities (in office), providing an excellent opportunity for individuals who are proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to both hands-on work with clients with Developmental Disabilities and program management aspects of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Program Manager with monitoring program activities, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and client needs based on Individual service plans.Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of program initiativesSupport reporting, and documentation efforts to monitor Incident ReportingManage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keepingCollaborate with the Program Manager to ensure smooth program operationsProvide on-site support during program activities and eventsAssist in training staff as neededWork in homes with clients maintaining services as outlined in Individual Service plans.Assist with other duties as assignedRequirementsSkills and Qualifications:Previous experience in DSP work or Social Services preferredStrong organizational and administrative skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities.Ability to work weekends and eveningsMust be 18 years of age to be considered.Valid driver's license and good driving record.High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications are a plusMust have current auto Insurance and maintain Insurance throughout course of employment.Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screenAcceptable results on a background checkThis listing is a Full-Time position- (40) hour work week.Pay Rate: $16.57 HourlyBenefits Include: Vacation, Sick and Personal time. Health, Vision and Dental Insurance as an elective.
