Job description

Direct Support Professional (DSP)Focus Behavioral Health is looking for caring, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). In this role, you'll work one-on-one with adults with Autism and Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities, providing the support they need to build independence, work toward personal goals, and enjoy greater involvement in their communities.As a DSP, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's everyday life. You'll help individuals develop practical life skills, build relationships, participate in activities they enjoy, and work toward becoming as independent as possible.Students and individuals pursuing careers in psychology, social work, education, nursing, healthcare, human services, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
