At The Cottages Group, we believe in fostering inclusion, compassion, and respect to enhance the lives of those we serve.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily support and engagement.Follow person-centered and behavior support plans to ensure the highest quality of care.Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for residents.Build trusting relationships with individuals under your care.Prepare meals according to dietary guidelines and assist with meal planning.Provide transportation, attend appointments, and advocate on behalf of residents.Support residents with laundry and maintain a clean living environment.Administer medications as needed and ensure compliance with care plans.Remain awake and accessible in homes that require 24/7 supervision.Why Join Us?
