Direct Support ProfessionalThe Arc Western Montana is hiring compassionate Direct Support Professionals to make a real difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. Whether you're starting your career or bringing caregiving experience from healthcare or elder care, this is meaningful, hands-on work. We'll train you every step of the way.Position: Direct Support Professional Location: Group Homes around MissoulaWhat we offer:Starting pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour$1.00 per hour overnight shift differential (11pm-7am)Paid training in CPR, First Aid, Mandt, and moreFlexible schedules to fit your life, including full-time, part-time, and relief shiftsEntry-level friendly. No experience needed.
