Direct Support Professional (DSP) / CaregiverDirect Support Professional (DSP) – $17–$25/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus Flexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team EnvironmentAbound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in Williamsport and surrounding areas. As a DSP, you will help individuals live more independently, participate in their communities, and build meaningful life skills. If you are compassionate, reliable, and looking for work that truly matters, we would love to meet you.Abound Health is a mission-driven organization with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with I/DD.What You'll Do As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
