Company: To The Rescue Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | Multiple Shifts AvailableAvailable Shifts May Include:2:00 PM–10:00 PM10:00 PM–9:00 AM9:00 AM–2:00 PM weekendsAdditional schedules may vary by location and individual support needsAbout The RoleTo The Rescue is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in our Community Living Homes and residential settings throughout the Cedar Rapids area.As a DSP, you'll help individuals with their everyday routines, teach and reinforce life skills, and support them in reaching their personal goals. From cooking meals and grocery shopping to going to a movie, attending a ball game, or exploring the community, you'll help create opportunities for individuals to live active, fulfilling lives.No previous experience in human services? No problem.
