In this rewarding role, you'll work one-on-one with people we support, helping them build confidence, gain independence, and achieve their personal goals while actively participating in their communities.Every day is different. You might help someone learn how to cook a favorite meal, manage their budget, navigate appointments, develop household skills, or build meaningful relationships. You'll also support people in exploring their interests and enjoying community experiences such as local events, museums, parks, theaters, shopping trips, and recreational activities.This is more than a job.
