Direct Care Support ProfessionalCovenant Case Management Services is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can thrive and receive the care they deserve.Position Overview:We are looking for compassionate Direct Care Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on care, ensuring that the needs of clients are met while maintaining their safety in both home and community settings.Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities. - Assist clients with being involved in community activities and events. - Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences. - Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.Qualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent (required). - Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred). - Valid North Carolina driver's license and reliable transportation (required). - Ability to pass a background check.Work Schedule: Part-timeThis role is located in the area code 28027 CLS Hours Monday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Tuesday: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM Wednesday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Thursday: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM Friday: 10:00 AM–3:00 PM Respite Hours Sunday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM Tuesday: 6:00 PM–8:00 PM (during soccer season)Equal Employment Opportunity StatementCovenant Case Management Services actively encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds and lived experiences.
