Location: Jamestown, ND Shift: Weekdays and Weekends (Varying Hours) Job Schedule: Full Time and Part Time Weekly Hours: 4-40Job Summary:The purpose of this position is to perform supervised tasks related to the delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, educational, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the children and young adults at Anne Carlsen. The position also contributes to and assumes authority, responsibility, and accountability for completing specific procedures and duties to implement the overall ISP/IEP, positive behavior support plan and nursing care plan. This position is supervised by licensed nurses, Home Life Operations Manager and Supervisors, the teachers and/or therapist the position is assigned to in order to complete their responsibilities.
