As a Direct Support Professional (Crisis Interventionist), you will provide hands-on, person-centered support to individuals with mental health, behavioral, and developmental support needs.This position is being hired in anticipation of a new crisis home opening soon in the Carver area. We are seeking experienced direct care professionals who are comfortable supporting individuals through crisis situations, implementing de-escalation strategies, and promoting safety, stability, and independence.Candidates should have at least three years of direct care experience.
