We're hiring Direct Support Professionals to support our Day Services program (Day Break) on our main campus.Location: Hagerstown, MD Pay: Now starting at $19.25/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:00 PMWhat You'll Do:Support people with daily needs like personal care, hygiene, and mealsFacilitate fun, meaningful community outings and activitiesFollow care plans and track progress toward individual goalsEnsure a safe, respectful, and engaging environmentCommunicate and document clearly and timelyWho We're Looking For:18+ with high school diploma or GED REQUIRED Valid U.S. driver's license with 2+ years of driving experience (not on a permit) 1+ year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities Ability to pass background check, drug screen, physical, and basic reading/math test Available for 3 weeks of paid M–F training (8:30 AM–5:00 PM)Benefits & Perks:$19.25/hr starting pay | Full-time, Monday–Friday (8 AM–3 PM) Health, dental & vision insurance (shared cost) Company-paid life insurance & short-term disability 403(b) retirement plan with company match 14 days PTO in Year 1 + 7 paid holidays Paid training and onboardingDSP Certification Bonus Program: Take advantage of our DSP Certification Program and unlock the potential to earn bonuses ranging from $1,500 to $2,000 per certification level in your first year.
