Direct Support ProfessionalBARC is currently seeking professional, caring, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in our Day Program. In this position, expect to make an impactful and meaningful difference in someone else's life every day.Services include but are not limited to assisting individuals, promoting personal growth and reaching their goals daily activities, by providing personal care, and attending community and social activities.
