DSPs provide hands-on support to individuals in our programs, helping them work toward their personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities. There are openings within our Senior and Rec. Leisure programs. DSPs who work in the Day Program support individuals in engaging with their communities through employment, volunteer opportunities, social interaction, daily living skills, and recreational activities. Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the field of developmental disabilities.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSWill obtain and maintain the required certifications, including becoming a medication technician, CPR and First Aid certification, Therapeutic Response Certification, a valid ND Driver's License and DD certification as necessary for the position.
