Direct Support Professional (DSP)Covenant Case Management Services (CCMS) is dedicated to providing exceptional care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create a supportive and safe environment where clients can Thrive with Purpose and receive the quality care they deserve.We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Denver, NC (ZIP 28037). In this role (up to 40 hours per week), you will provide both Community Living Support (CLS) and Supported Employment (SE) services, helping our client build independence at home, in the community, and in the workplace.Schedule & HoursLocation: Denver, NC (ZIP 28037)Total Weekly Hours: Up to 40 hours/weekCommunity Living Support (CLS): Up to 28 hours/weekSupported Employment (SE): Up to 12 hours/weekRespite Support: Available PRN (as needed)Schedule: Flexible scheduling optionsKey ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with daily living activities, personal goals, and community participation (CLS).Provide job coaching and support during employment hours to assist the client in succeeding in their workplace (SE).Provide PRN respite support as needed to promote balance and care.Collaborate with clients and their families to understand specific needs and preferences.Maintain communication with supervisors and team members regarding client care and progress.Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent (Required).Minimum of 1 year of caregiving or job coaching experience (Preferred).Valid North Carolina driver's license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance (Required).Ability to pass a background check.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementCovenant Case Management Services actively encourages applications from individuals of all backgrounds and lived experiences.
