Are you passionate about helping people with special needs build life skills and reach their goals? New Horizons is hiring engaging Direct Support Professionals to provide hands-on daily support and guidance for individuals with developmental disabilities.

Location: North Hills, CA
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM; 32.5 hours/week (30-min unpaid lunch)
Position Type: Part-Time Eligible for Benefits

Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Minimum of 21 years of age at the time of application.
High School Diploma or a state-certified equivalent.
Full professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
Minimum of three (3) years of licensed driving experience.
Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets agency insurability standards.
Willingness and ability to safely operate an 8-passenger agency vehicle.
Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings, including a criminal background check, comprehensive drug screening, physical evaluation, and tuberculosis (TB) clearance.
