If so, New Avenues to Independence is looking for someone just like you to join our team as a Direct Support Professional!New Avenues to Independence is hiring Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with disabilities in residential home settings. Join us in our mission to create a world where everyone has the opportunity to live a life of choice and independence.What We're Looking For:18 years of age or olderValid Ohio Driver's license with 4 pts or lessValid auto insurancePrevious caregiving experience preferred (personal care, home health, or similar)CPR and First Aid certification (preferred; we will train)Med Cert I (preferred; we will train)Must have a high school diploma or GEDA desire to make a difference in people's livesEmployment with our organization is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment background check, which may include criminal history, employment verification, education verification, professional license verification (if applicable), and other screenings permitted by applicable law.
