NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professional (DSP) Location: Bloomsburg, PA; Danville, PA; Berwick, PA; Pay Range: $15.00-$18.00 per hour IMMEDIATE NEEDS: Full-Time, Part-Time, Weekdays, Weekends and Evenings Traditional Home Care, a locally owned and operated Home Care Agency, is seeking reliable, experienced direct support professionals to provide one-on-one, non-medical support to our individuals diagnosed with intellectual, developmental disabilities, autism, mental health, behavioral diagnoses, etc. Job duties include:Assist individuals with personal care services (bathing, grooming, dressing)CompanionshipAppropriate communication/social skillsLight housekeeping and choresEnsuring a safe environment and teaching basic safety skillsMeeting individual goals and outcomesPromoting community involvement (outings, activities, errands, etc.)Position Requirements:High School Diploma or GEDMust Have Drivers LicensePrior experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP)Mobile Device & EVV Requirements:This position is in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act, which mandates Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for home care / home health services. As part of this, you will be required to use a mobile device to log visits and track service hours.
