The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.Assist with daily living, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry.Provide encouragement and complete required documentation.QualificationsWhat Makes You A Great Fit:At least 18 years oldValid driver's license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insuranceDependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-orientedBasic communication, computer, and documentation skillsAbility to pass required background clearanceWe believe in supporting not only those we serve but also each other, ensuring a collaborative and supportive work environment for all.
