Direct Support Professional (DSP)Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. We are trusted by over 550 clients in NJ.As a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence.
