Our residential living services and 24/7 care bring unconditional love, security and community to people with intellectual and developmental challenges.Position DescriptionDirect Support Professionals are caregivers. No experience is necessary, training is provided.The ideal candidate is someone who is a naturally kind and compassionate person that would enjoy helping people and having fun with them.DSPs often take care of daily needs; cooking, cleaning, transportation, medication assistance, bathing etc. On occasion, they will take individuals bowling or to the movies, and often join individuals at church or volunteer events.The goal is to help our residents feel and become as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
