Direct Support Professional (DSP)$23-33/hr + $1,000 Signing Bonus – Pompton Lakes, NJFlexible Schedules | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | Growth Opportunities | Team EnvironmentAbound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a DSP, you will assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), community participation, and behavioral support while helping clients live independently. We are trusted by over 550 clients in NJ.What You'll DoAs a DSP, you will provide hands-on support that helps individuals build independence and confidence. Being a DSP is a rewarding experience – you will genuinely make a difference in somebody's life.
