Dungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals and human services professionals to join our Adult Day Program, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent.You will lead group activities, teach practical life skills, support community outings, provide personal care and behavioral support, and encourage individuals as they work toward meaningful goals. New hires for this position start at $21.75/hourFull Pay Range: $21.75 - $24.25/hour. Relevant experience may include work as a DSP, Behavior Technician/RBT, paraprofessional, respite provider, job coach, community support professional, or similar human services role.What You'll Need:At least 6 months of experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilitiesMust be 21 years or olderHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license and ability to drive a company vanExperience with direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill developmentDependable, adaptable, proactive, patient, and engagedBasic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systemsStrong communication skillsAbility to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.Ability to work as part of a team in an active, changing environmentExperience in an adult day program, group home, behavioral program, or community-based setting is a plus.Ready to Make an Impact?
