Direct Support ProfessionalOur team sources skilled professionals ready for immediate or future needs. We're seeking passionate DSPs to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in living empowered and meaningful lives.Key Responsibilities:Assist with daily living activitiesSupport clients with community integration, work programs, and social activitiesDocument progress and behaviorAdminister medications and attend medical appointmentsPromote independence and self-advocacyQualifications:High school diploma or GEDValid driver's license (required in many roles)Experience in behavioral or residential settings preferredPatience, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills
